Carriage wedding shot at Rattle & Snap antebellum mansion, in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee, just one of many times Fiddlers Green carriages get used to help someone slip back to the Victorian era.   Bill & Deborah conduct lectures and demonstrations on 19th century modes of transportation, period dress, and horse furniture for schools, civic groups, and historical clubs.

Bill is actively involved in  Civil War reenactments using saddles and head gear made by Double Branch Saddlery.   Pictured above is the headquarters staff of the 1st Confederate Division, the national western reenactment organization.  "Colonel" Bill Glidden, Chief of Staff, is in right front foreground.  In the background center is Ken Knopp, friend and author of a soon to be released book on saddles of Civil War era.

Bill Glidden acted in and was a horse consultant for an episode of A&E Networks Americas Greatest Castles, the show was filmed at Belle Meade Mansion in Nashville, Tennessee, and aired nationally in the spring of 1999.

While we do enjoy just riding, every outing is a test for our products, this may be why my friends say I'm all wet, ya recken?!!
